The rules that govern your use of this platform. By using SniperStack you agree to these terms.
1. About the Platform
SniperStack is an AI-powered e-commerce intelligence and creative-automation platform for COD (cash-on-delivery) merchants and marketers in Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia and the wider Arab region. By creating an account or using any feature of this platform, you ("the user") agree to these terms in full.

Permitted
- • Competitor ad & store research
- • Generating marketing content with AI (images, video, voice-over, copy)
- • Managing your product catalog
- • Testing your own store's COD order flow
- • Using the revenue calculator and other planning tools
Prohibited
- • Counterfeit or illegal goods
- • Fraudulent or misleading advertising
- • Reselling platform API access
- • Harassing competitors with scraped data
- • Submitting test orders to stores you do not own or manage
Violation results in immediate account suspension without refund.
4. Coins & Payments
Non-refundable
Coins are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by UK consumer law.
Pricing changes
We may change coin pricing with 14 days' notice. Unused coins don't expire while your account is active.
5. Your Store & Orders
- You are solely responsible for the products, prices, and store you operate.
- We are a platform provider — not a party to any transaction between you and your customers.
- You must not use the platform to test or target a store you do not own or manage.
- Order-testing data you submit must be used only for legitimate QA purposes.
6. AI-Generated Content
AI output is a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing content for accuracy, legality, and advertising compliance before publishing. We make no warranty that AI output is accurate, original, or free of third-party IP claims.
7. Competitor Intelligence
Ad and store scanning features display publicly available data for lawful competitive research. You may not use this data to harass competitors, send unsolicited communications, or build derivative intelligence products for resale.
8. Order Testing Tool
The order-submission feature is provided exclusively as a store-testing and QA tool — letting you verify that your own COD store receives orders, sends confirmations, and updates inventory correctly before you go live.
Permitted: Submitting test orders to stores you own, manage, or have explicit written authorisation to test.
Prohibited: Submitting test orders to any store you do not own or manage. Misuse of this feature against third-party stores is strictly prohibited and constitutes the user's sole legal responsibility. SniperStack bears no liability for any consequences arising from such misuse, and the offending account will be permanently suspended without refund.
The platform does not bypass store security measures. If a store has CAPTCHA or anti-bot protection enabled, order submission will not proceed — store owners are encouraged to enable such protections.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms. On termination, your access ends immediately and your data is retained for 90 days then deleted.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from your customers' claims against you.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
