The rules that govern your use of this platform. By using SniperStack you agree to these terms.
1. About the Platform
sniperstack is an AI creative and landing-page platform for COD (cash-on-delivery) merchants and marketers in Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia and the wider Arab region. By creating an account or using any feature of this platform, you ("the user") agree to these terms in full.

3. Use of the Platform
Permitted
- Competitor ad & store research
- Generating marketing content with AI (images, video, voice-over, copy)
- Managing your product catalog
- Testing your own store's order form flow
- Using the revenue calculator and other planning tools
Prohibited
- Counterfeit or illegal goods
- Fraudulent or misleading advertising
- Reselling platform API access
- Submitting test orders to stores you do not own or manage
Violation results in immediate account suspension without refund.
4. Plans & Payments
Non-refundable
Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by UK consumer law. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
Pricing changes
We may change plan pricing with 14 days' notice. Your monthly credit allowance resets each billing period and unused credits do not carry over.
5. Your Store & Orders
- You are solely responsible for the products, prices, and store you operate.
- We are a platform provider — not a party to any transaction between you and your customers.
- You must not use the platform to test or target a store you do not own or manage.
- Order-testing data you submit must be used only for legitimate QA purposes.
6. AI-Generated Content
AI output is a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing content for accuracy, legality, and advertising compliance before publishing. We make no warranty that AI output is accurate, original, or free of third-party IP claims.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms. On termination, your access ends immediately and your data is retained for 90 days then deleted.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from your customers' claims against you.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
