1. About the Platform
SniperStack is a dropshipping intelligence and funnel-building tool for Maghreb-region merchants. By creating an account or using any feature of this platform, you ("the user") agree to these terms in full.

Permitted
- • Competitor ad & store research
- • Building & publishing your own funnels
- • Managing COD orders
- • Generating marketing content with AI
- • Submitting test orders to stores you own or manage
Prohibited
- • Counterfeit or illegal goods
- • Fraudulent or misleading funnels
- • Reselling platform API access
- • Harassing competitors with scraped data
- • Submitting fake orders to stores you do not own
Violation results in immediate account suspension without refund.
4. Coins & Payments
Non-refundable
Coins are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by UK consumer law.
Pricing changes
We may change coin pricing with 14 days' notice. Unused coins don't expire while your account is active.
5. Funnel Pages & Orders
- You are solely responsible for products listed, prices set, and delivery of orders.
- We are a platform provider — not party to the transaction between you and your customers.
- You must fulfil or cancel orders within a reasonable time.
- You must not list a product you cannot deliver.
6. AI-Generated Content
AI output is a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing content for accuracy, legality, and advertising compliance before publishing. We make no warranty that AI output is accurate, original, or free of third-party IP claims.
7. Competitor Intelligence
Ad and store scanning features display publicly available data for lawful competitive research. You may not use this data to harass competitors, send unsolicited communications, or build derivative intelligence products for resale.
8. Order Automation & Store Testing
The platform's order-submission feature is provided exclusively as a store-testing and QA tool. Its intended purpose is to let merchants verify their own COD funnel — confirming that orders land in the dashboard, confirmation messages fire, and inventory updates correctly — before going live.
Prohibited: Submitting fake orders to any store you do not own or manage. Misuse of this feature against third-party stores is strictly prohibited and constitutes the user's sole legal responsibility. SniperStack bears no liability for any consequences arising from such misuse, and the offending account will be permanently suspended without refund.
The platform does not bypass store security measures. If a store has CAPTCHA or anti-bot protection enabled, order submission will not proceed — store owners are encouraged to enable such protections.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms. On termination, your funnel pages go offline and customer data is retained for 90 days then deleted.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from your customers' claims against you.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
